The brief was to develop a new small dual-use restaurant/gallery in an existing building. The aim was to introduce complex interior/architectural problem solving in an urban context. Thus, I wanted to create an interior that imitates the journey food takes as it travels through the human body, whilst also providing space for these two programs to operate in conjunction.
